I understand

All Vendors will have prime street locations. All booths must be self sustaining, as we will not have power run to the vendor area. You may, however, have a generator, as long as it is running 10' behind and away from your booth due to noise, fumes, etc. You must be responsible for your own licensing with the the County & State, where applicable, as well as insurances. Non Food/Beverage vendors will be in the same area along the road, while food vendors will be in the designated Food Court area. Set up will be between 6am and 8am. Vehicles used for dropping off, must be MOVED by 8:30am. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area after 8:30am. The general public will be allowed to begin parking at 8:30am. You will NOT be able to drive to your vendor site until event hours are over. Non Food Vendor (Retail) 10x10 Booth - $25 10x20 Booth - $50 Food & Beverage Vendors $100 10x10, 10x20 or standard size food trucks are all the same price. All other vendors (demo, entertainment, etc) must call us to determine your place at the event, vendor fee and more.

I understand Yellow Banks Lake makes no sales guarantees

I understand that the Festival does not carry insurance to cover my personal property

I understand that my vendor fee cannot be refunded

I understand my location is not guaranteed, but that I will be placed in a reasonable area

I will not sell any food/beverage items if I have not registered as a Food Vendor

If I am food vendor, I will abide by all usual regulations regarding health and safety

I understand the event will not have directly competing food vendors (ie 2 snowcone vendors), but may see other vendors selling similar items (sandwiches, drinks, etc)

I understand power and water sources cannot be provided.

I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless Yellow Banks Land Holdings, Yellow Banks, and Yellow Banks Lake from any damage to my property or any personal injury, which my helpers or I may sustain while participating in the Yellow Banks 4th of July Celebration on July 4, 2021. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines set forth and all policies and guidelines developed by Yellow Banks Lake. I understand that failure to follow these regulations can mean expulsion from this year’s or future events.
